Wupdoc will publish the comments of our valued Users according to the conditions specified in this Comment Policy (“Policy”). The comments of our Users are crucial as they guide Visitors and other Users who want to purchase services from Clinics and/or Providers on the Platform. It should not be forgotten that it is important for our Users who receive medical services from the Clinic and/or Provider to comment, as it is significant for other individuals trying to choose a Clinic and/or Provider.

Your comments on our Platform should be; true, original, relevant, and useful for others. Therefore, it is important that only real patients/consultants leave comments.

In accordance with Dutch legal regulations; you should ensure that your comments, evaluations, and criticisms do not contain any insult, swearing, or slander, regardless of the location of the Clinic and/or Provider. Wupdoc reserves the right not to publish or remove at any time such comments without any notification.

Since the accuracy of treatment and diagnosis requires comprehensive medical study by expert individuals, Wupdoc refrains from publishing comments regarding the accuracy of treatment and diagnosis.

Claims regarding any medical negligence will not be published on our website unless investigated and confirmed by official authorities.

If there is a file being investigated by official authorities between the User and the Clinic and/or Provider, we will not publish the comment on this matter as Wupdoc.

Your comments should contain feedback related to your treatment process, so we kindly ask you to share realistic information related to the treatment you have received. We would like to remind you that someone else's words do not have a comment quality.

The legal guardian can comment on behalf of the consultant/patient.

The responsibility for the comment you publish is yours. Therefore, you should be aware that there are legal consequences if your comment is misleading and contains expressions that constitute a crime.
