You can sign up by entering your name, surname, contact information and creating your password. You can create your account with the verification code received on your phone.

We do not charge any fees to patients. Our all services are FREE. You pay for your treatment directly to the hospital/clinic after your first in-person consultation. 

It depends on the doctor, hospital or clinic. In some hospital or clinics you pay for the treatment at the hospital or clinic, in the local currency. Most places accept cash, and also other payment options, including bank transfers, credit, debit cards, and traveler cheques. If there are any doubts, just ask the coordinator of the doctor, hospital/clinic which talk to you.

In certain situations, you may have the option to receive care from an 'out-of-network' provider, but it's important to check with your insurance provider beforehand to determine whether or not this type of care is covered under your plan. 

If it is, you may be able to reclaim your expenses when you return home. However, it's best to confirm the details of your coverage and any associated costs with your insurance provider before seeking care from an out-of-network provider

Many of doctors, clinics and hospitals do offer this. You can see the details on doctor's, clinics' or hospitals' profile page.

To add your clinic to the website, visit www.wupdoc.com and click the 'For Clinics Sign Up' button located at the top right corner of the page. If you provide services in multiple categories, you can create your registration by selecting the clinic/hospital option, or if you provide services in a single category, you can create your registration with the doctor option. Enter your name, surname, and contact information, along with the category you will provide services in. Make sure you enter your phone number correctly, as a verification code will be sent to the number you provide.

After selecting your country, you can directly find your address by entering your business information registered in Google Maps. If your business is not listed on the map, you can fill in your business address information by dragging and dropping the pin.

After uploading your documents such as diploma, health tourism, etc., you can create your registration. After your membership is reviewed and approved by the admin, your clinic will start to be listed. 

Click on the 'activate my account' button in the received email and enter your registered mobile phone number. After the verification code sent to your mobile phone, your account will be activated.

Adding your clinic to wupdoc.com is currently free of charge. However, please note that free listings may not be guaranteed to be permanent. To ensure greater online visibility, clinics have the option to pay for our services. It's important to note that Wupdoc is free for individuals who are searching for and contacting clinics, and we have over one million users who do so every month.

It depends on your package. There are 5 different packages available on wupdoc.com. 

In the free package, you can add 5 treatments, in the basic package 8, in the advanced package 15, in the premium package 25, and in the clinic package 50 treatments. 

It should be noted that in all our packages except the clinic package, the treatments you add should belong to only one category.

If you provide services in multiple categories, the hospital/clinic package will be the most suitable for you. With this package, you can select multiple categories and enter the treatments you provide under these categories, reaching more potential patients.

If you have verified your account, you can update your phone number through the doctor/clinic account settings in the panel. After logging into the clinic panel, click on the "my profile" tab. 

All of your registered information will be displayed here. From this area, you can update your phone and email information. After updating your information, you will save your updated information by clicking on "save changes"

Yes, you can. But it depends on your package. You can create;

• 1 user on the basic  package
• 3 users on the advanced  package
• 15 users on the premium package
• 50 users on the clinic/hospital package

At Wupdoc, an enquiry refers to a genuine referral made by an individual seeking a specific treatment in a particular location. Before making an enquiry, our users select a specific clinic. The enquiries are specific, relevant, and timely and are delivered directly to clinics via phone and email. Patients can make enquiries on the site for free. However, Wupdoc also offers packs of enquiries to clinics who are interested in treating more patients. It is important to note that an enquiry is not a confirmed patient, and it is the clinic's responsibility to follow up on all enquiries. Ultimately, the patient will make the final decision regarding where they will have the treatment.
