I feel grief works strangely sometimes. Having lost both my parents in my early teens it was not until I was completing my final dissertation at university that I began to feel my inner world unravel. It was in this crucial time that TRC came in. The holistic approach TRC takes to wellbeing and the level of expertise within its doors is remarkable. Claire has been an incredibly important figure in my life. Claire has guided me through some pretty turbulent times, helping me become a more whole and happy person and I feel equipped to take on the next chapter of my life with love and excitement. We found TRC a couple of years ago. The moment we were sitting at our Initial Consultation, we started to be hopeful as TRC is different in the most positive way to any other therapists I have met before.
After a little convincing, my then teenager, agreed reluctantly to have one session. The moment we stepped into the very calming drawing room, my child started to relax, a lovely calm dog did help too. After one hour when I picked my child up, immediately we booked another appointment and never looked back.
TRC has so much on offer from individual sessions to group meetings.
Over time, as a mum you do struggle if your kids are not well and in TRC I found a wonderful therapist too.
To make a long story short, over the years TRC helped us parents and our teenagers to find a way through very challenging situations. Whenever we step through their doors it will put a smile on our faces, even in difficult moments.
