I had an appointment booked at this private clinic for 22 September 2021 due to the current dire state of NHS GP appointments and being unable to get one until November (phone call only). I thought going private would speed up the process and also enable me to speak to a GP face to face.
Unfortunately I was really disappointed with the experience. I felt the appointment was rushed and the GP didn't take a full history of symptoms. I had taken multiple photographs of my issue but he only saw the first two and diagnosed the problem as an allergy. He told me to keep taking my antihistamine and that the problem was "on it's way out". When I asked how he knew that, he said "oh well because you are taking the tablets". We're now almost a month on and the problem is very much still present. I felt this appointment was a complete waste of £50. The doctor was dismissive and wasn't listening...only waiting for his turn to talk. I didn't feel heard or valued as a paying patient.

Went here to do a simple RAT test prior to getting our flight home to Australia the next day. The doctor told us we were both negative. She then set a timer to 15 minutes, which is the normal time you wait to actually confirm a negative test. After the 15 minutes had elapsed she again checked both tests and confirmed we were both negative. She took photos of the results and loaded them into their system for the certificates to be typed up and sent to us as proof so that we could get on the plane. We were told we would receive the certificates by email within 3 hours. None came and to this day we still haven’t received it. I went on the app they used and it was there i found out someone else not involved in the test had decided one of us had tested positive. We had both carried out tests for the 5 previous days with no indication of a positive test. We tested again 2 hours before we went to this clinic for our test and we were both negative.
