I had an appointment booked at this private clinic for 22 September 2021 due to the current dire state of NHS GP appointments and being unable to get one until November (phone call only). I thought going private would speed up the process and also enable me to speak to a GP face to face. Unfortunately I was really disappointed with the experience. I felt the appointment was rushed and the GP didn't take a full history of symptoms. I had taken multiple photographs of my issue but he only saw the first two and diagnosed the problem as an allergy. He told me to keep taking my antihistamine and that the problem was "on it's way out". When I asked how he knew that, he said "oh well because you are taking the tablets". We're now almost a month on and the problem is very much still present. I felt this appointment was a complete waste of £50. The doctor was dismissive and wasn't listening...only waiting for his turn to talk. I didn't feel heard or valued as a paying patient.

Went here to do a simple RAT test prior to getting our flight home to Australia the next day. The doctor told us we were both negative. She then set a timer to 15 minutes, which is the normal time you wait to actually confirm a negative test. After the 15 minutes had elapsed she again checked both tests and confirmed we were both negative. She took photos of the results and loaded them into their system for the certificates to be typed up and sent to us as proof so that we could get on the plane. We were told we would receive the certificates by email within 3 hours. None came and to this day we still haven’t received it. I went on the app they used and it was there i found out someone else not involved in the test had decided one of us had tested positive. We had both carried out tests for the 5 previous days with no indication of a positive test. We tested again 2 hours before we went to this clinic for our test and we were both negative.

Fast results for covid-19 test. I did covid-19 pcr test. I did get the results as quickly as possible. That allowed me to travel easily. Friendly people I met. Thanks.

One of the best customer services I ever dealt with. I called last minute for a fit-to-fly test and the lady at the reception really went extra mile to help me! Thank you! To get to the clinic, you need to enter the big office building and then upstairs, first floor.

Called to book an appointment, as my GP surgery couldn’t arrange until end Jan. Friendly receptionist booked appoint for next day. Appointment was friendly, on time and everything explained very well.

We were caught on the hop by a last minute change in Italian law requiring us to have evidence of a negative COVID-19 test. Got booked in for a test on the same day at 6pm and the receptionist even came in on a Sunday when they are supposed to be closed to give us our results so we could travel the next day. Brilliant service and will definitely use again!

Delightful service and kept to the promised timescale for the test result. Can’t recommend them too highly and a special mention for Simone who was so helpful and reassuring. Only sad thing is my flight to S Africa was cancelled 😢

Excellent and efficient service. Even though they can't guarantee it, results are typically coming back in 24 hours as they understand the nature of the travel restrictions. Staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful felt a bit robotic with the exception of the lovely lady working out in the rain keeping everyone informed.
