This endeavor was made possible through the acquisition of a Private Hospital Activity Permit, granted on August 3, 1999. Commencing operations with 15 doctors practicing across 8 medical branches, the hospital initially occupied a space spanning 6,500 square meters and boasted a capacity of 116 beds. Avcılar Hospital has since adhered to its mission and vision, evolving its offerings by incorporating new medical specialties and cutting-edge technologies. This expansion has enabled the hospital to broaden its scope of services both nationally and internationally.
Having incorporated new structures in 2009, Avcılar Hospital now operates within a confined space spanning 12,480 square meters. Its medical team comprises 67 skilled physicians practicing across 45 distinct branches, with the total workforce amounting to 550 employees. The hospital boasts a substantial bed capacity of 203, which includes 27 beds in the Adult Intensive Care Unit, 7 beds in the Coronary Intensive Care Unit, 5 beds in the Cardiovascular Surgery Intensive Care Unit, 20 incubators in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, 19+1 beds for hemodialysis, and 4 fully-equipped operating rooms.
