Could not recommend a better service to support someone on their journey through therapy...
Deciding to enter into therapy and seek treatment often comes with severe trepidation. It’s only after 18 months of psychotherapy I’ve discovered that it’s a decision that derives from self-love, rather than the fear of losing something in one’s life. I deserve to implement the skills and tools acquired in therapy to improve my quality of life because I’m worthy of it; not that I should just employ such tools to simply make me a less destructive/more desirable person to be around for other peoples’ sakes. Eoin and Peace Inside fostered that momentous change within me.
I could harp on about the initial awkward silences, the uncensored rantings, the little personal triumphs, the two-steps-forward, three-steps-back nature of the work (because that’s how it transpired some weeks), but throughout all the sessions I was never judged on my level of progress.

Life happens, however if life hit you a little too hard I couldn't recommend a better place than peace inside.
Eoin professionalism, humanity and care is like being wrapped in a safety blanket. He genuinely care for you to get better and is your personal cheerleader holding your hand each step of the way until you are able to walk by yourself again.
I did find peace inside and if anything am in a better place than before the "life hit".
