Our services are available 7 days a week, including out-of-hours sessions, and are designed to be easily accessible. We provide a range of counseling and therapy services, such as general counseling, couples counseling, bereavement counseling, play therapy, art therapy, addiction counseling, youth counseling, and youth addiction counseling.

I am receiving counselling and CBT for depression. This form of treatment is very important for maintaining a positive outlook in life and to offer some of your time to your mental health. I would recommend this sort of treatment to anyone finding things difficult at home, in a relationship, at work or when they are alone. The value of care at Helplink is great - I am unemployed and I find the price of 30e very reasonable.
