I had the best experience at this clinic for my eye surgery. Their in house english interpreter Park Alice was an amazing help in making the process seamless and easy to understand every step of the way. The clinic is very clean and professional, not to mention extremely efficient. I did my consultation at surgery in the same day. As far as my surgery, I was recommended and received the Smile surgery as well as Cross Linking (due to my thinner corneas) and my vision went from -1.75 to 20/17! The recovery was super smooth and fast and all of the instructions are clear and easy to follow. I could see perfectly the next day. I highly recommend everyone to go to this clinic. Came here for corrective eye surgery. The facility provides all the necessary tests on the premises. The translators were great and the whole process was like clockwork. They made what would normally seem scary and daunting seem like not a big deal. They also provided all the necessary paperwork for insurance reimbursement.

They are professional, however they could work on hiring more people who spoke/understood English better. I'm not sure they always understood me when they asked me questions. They said my vision post surgery is 20/22, but I still have some trouble reading at a distance with my right eye. However, it's good enough to drive, read, etc. I had to get my lens' taken out and they put new ones back in, because I am Caucasian, so my eyes are shaped differently, they said. My vision is much better than before, so for that I am thankful.

B&VIIT is so amazing. All of the staff are very friendly and it is very clean. As a native English speaker I didn't have a problem, there are some staff members who speak English, as well as the doctor who does the surgeries. I really recommend this place if you are interested in getting lasik. The procedure is quick and they really explain all the details and answer any questions you may have. They also do regular check ups after words to see how you are doing!!
