Donna made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my appointment...she explained what she was doing and asked if I was comfortable with the procedure...which I was...everything was lovely and clean and I came away very satisfied and able to hear properly in my left ear.

Donna, my nurse promptly collected us from reception and made me and my daughter feel very welcome. My existing health conditions were discussed and I was fully advised of the procedure. Having my ears vacuumed wasn't at all painful and it proved very successful with the amount of wax which was removed. Donna was very helpful and had a great sense of humour which made me feel very relaxed. I will return when necessary. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

I had an appointment with Donna today as I thought I had a blocked ear due to wax. Although this was not the case - Donna was very helpful after diagnosing a different problem. She was very reassuring and gave me lots of information and advice to help try and resolve the issue. I would certainly recommend her services and would not hesitate to visit her again - despite living over one hour's journey away
