I attended a consultation there today and was very impressed with the building and surroundings. The staff were polite and very helpful. The atmosphere was so relaxing and allayed my anxieties. I am awaiting surgery at the moment but I am confident that I will be cared for in a caring and professional manner.
Surgery was successful and the medical team were brilliant and so supportive. I could not have asked for more.
The Doctors, Nurses and support teams on the ward were so caring and ensured my comfort and kept me up to date on procedures and assisted me in a professional manner.
Thanks to everyone at Benenden for seeing me through this procedure. A special thanks for the porters who kept me calm and saw me through my issues surrounding using the lifts because of my claustrophobia.
