Assoc. Dr. Önder Karaaslan is a distinguished plastic surgeon renowned for his expertise in aesthetic plastic and reconstructive surgery. Born in Gaziantep in 1976, he completed his primary and secondary education there before pursuing his medical education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, graduating in 2000. Dr. Karaaslan began his specialization in Aesthetic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Ankara Training and Research Hospital, completing his training in 2006.

Over the years, Dr. Karaaslan has honed his skills and knowledge through extensive training and experience. He became an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialist in 2012 and a Hand Surgery Subspecialist in 2013, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in the field. Dr. Karaaslan further solidified his expertise by passing exams in Brussels, Marseille, and Munich, earning him the prestigious title of "European Board Certified Surgeon" (FEBOPRAS).

In January 2014, Dr. Karaaslan achieved the title of "Associate Professor of Aesthetic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery" after successfully completing an exam at Istanbul Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. Since 2015, he has served as an Education Officer and Clinical Administrative Officer at Izmir Katip Çelebi University Atatürk Training and Research Hospital Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic, where he has played a pivotal role in training numerous research assistants and performing thousands of surgeries.

In November 2019, Dr. Karaaslan embarked on a new chapter in his career by establishing his private clinic. Together with his esteemed colleague, Op. Dr. Osman Tan, Dr. Karaaslan continues to provide exceptional care and service to his patients, embodying a commitment to quality and a compassionate approach.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Karaaslan finds fulfillment in his personal life. He is married and has two children, balancing his dedication to his family with his passion for advancing the field of aesthetic plastic and reconstructive surgery.
