Prof. Dr. Köksal Yuca - RinoSinusCenter

Prof. Dr. Köksal Yuca is a distinguished specialist in Ear, Nose, and Throat Diseases, as well as Oral, Facial, and Maxillofacial Surgery. Graduating from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine in 1994, he completed his specialization at Istanbul Beyoğlu Training and Research Hospital's Ear Nose and Throat Clinic in 1999. This marked the beginning of his journey as an expert in Ear Nose Throat and Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Yuca's illustrious career saw him serving as an Operator Doctor in Kırklareli and Van Erciş State Hospitals before being appointed as an Assistant Professor at Yüzüncü Yıl University Faculty of Medicine. His pursuit of excellence led him to the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, USA, in 2005. There, he honed his skills further, eventually earning the title of Associate Professor in Ear, Nose, and Throat and Head and Neck Surgery in 2006.

In 2007, he pursued advanced studies at the University of Illinois Chicago under the guidance of Dean Toriumi. The culmination of his dedication to the field led to his appointment as an Associate Professor at Selçuk University Meram Faculty of Medicine, Department of Ear, Nose, and Throat, in 2010. He was granted the esteemed title of Professor in 2011.

Elevating to the role of Head of Department at Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine in 2012, Prof. Dr. Köksal Yuca expanded his expertise to include a minor diploma in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2013. His commitment to advancing medical knowledge led him to Acıbadem University Atakent Hospital in 2015, where he served as a Professor and played an integral role in the Faculty of Health Sciences.

In January 2017, he joined İstinye University Liv Hospital, further solidifying his standing in the field. Since January 2019, he has been at the helm of RinoSinusCenter, an institution he founded, situated in Istanbul Ataköy. A renowned figure, he actively participates as a trainer, speaker, and panelist in numerous national and international scientific courses and meetings.

With over 200 publications, posters, and oral presentations in national and international journals, Prof. Dr. Köksal Yuca also takes on significant roles as Deputy Editor, Editorial Board Member, and Referee in several esteemed publications. His unwavering commitment to staying abreast of the latest developments in his field underscores his dedication to advancing medical science.
