He is a member of Turkish Surgical Association, Turkish Colon and Rectum Association, Aegean Region Surgery Association, Izmir Medical Chamber Association. He earned the title of "Associate Professor" in 2017. More than 10000 laparoscopic bariatric surgeries and more then 20000 laparoscopic general surgery operations. He has many national and international studies and in these studies made numerous references.
