Arif Hocam ile 18 yıl önce annem için gittiğimizde tanıştık. Tedavimizi yıllar önce tamamladık ancak, sene de bir iki defa kontrol amaçlı psikoterapi için gideriz Kendisi muhteşem bir hekim. Zarif, anlayışlı, insancıl kısacası içimizden biri gibidir. Egosuzdur unvanı ve tanınırlığı onun naifliğini kat be kat arttırmıştır. Zeyrekte bulunan ekibiyle hala devam eder, asistanlarından servis personeline kadar ince düşünür ilgili alakalı insanlardır. Ne zaman aradıysam ulaşabildim geç saatte olsa iletişim kurmada sorun yaşamadım. Hiç reddedilmedim mesela . Yorumları okurken acımasız ve pervasız cümleleri gördüğümde çok şaşırdım. Arif hocam ve ekibi asla bu yorumlarla bağdaşmaz, samimi içten çözüm odaklı insanlardır. Gecikmeli durumlar elbette yaşanabiliyor ancak karşınızdakinin de bir insan olduğunu unutmadan düzgün bir uslupla iletişim kurduğunuzda bu tarz şeyler yaşamayacağınızı bilmenizi isterim. Bu heryerde kurduğunuz iletişim için geçerli.

About Us

Prof. Dr. Arif Verimli, born on June 1, 1954, in Antalya, is a distinguished psychiatrist with a rich career dedicated to mental health. After completing his primary and secondary education in Antalya, he pursued medicine at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine. Despite initially aiming for a career in physics engineering, Verimli chose psychiatry, driven by a desire to remain closely connected with patients.

He became a medical doctor in 1977, specialized in psychiatry by 1982, and served as Chief Physician at Bakırköy Mental and Nervous Diseases Hospital from 1994 to 2003. His contributions include founding the Marriage Counseling Center, UMATEM, and the Suicide Intervention Center. Following his tenure, he taught at Yeditepe University and now practices privately. Verimli is renowned for his scientific work, public seminars, and a unique collection of handmade model ships.
