I've just finished my first week at Ozdemir Dental Clinic. I was nervous as I was having 10 implants 8 crowns and 8 extractions. Overall, all the staff were very professional and polite. Naturally I was in discomfort after the surgery day, but the staff helped and advised. Particular praise must be given to Meltem. She was with me from original texts and quotations all through till the day I left arranging all hotels and taxi. Also daily advised me what was happening that day. She obviously has good knowledge on the implant and crowns process and advised me in simple and easy to understand words.

Overall, the week was definitely not a holiday, but I look forward to my second and final visit in about 4 month's. Thanks to all.

Had a great experience at the clinic, their representative Batur is the kindest, most caring person I have met. Also found Dr Ozdemir very professional, confident and reassuring. I had the preparation treatment for 2 implants and root canal treatment. I will be returning in September to have the veneers, I have temporary ones for now. Good value for money. I chose this clinic after reading positive reviews and email liaising with the clinic was prompt.
Pick up from the hotel was prompt and the driver was very courteous. Staff at clinic were all courteous, happy and smiling. The clinic is clean and decorated nicely. Refreshments are on offer. I was told very precisely what the procedures would entail. During my visit I had treatment from two dentists, both equally charming together with their assistants.
Meltem greeted me and was my main source of contact whilst in England and at the clinic.
She was very supportive, even escorting me to the barber across the road and helping with translation as to what I wanted. I would thoroughly recommend it. A big thank you from myself and Sue who accompanied me. Extra thank you to Meltem.
