Merhaba ben bu hastaneye ilk defa gittim. Kapıdan girdiğiniz anda sıcak bir karşılama sizi bekliyor. Sonra sizin bütün süreçleri takip ediyorlar ve sizi çok özel hissettiriyorlar. Bütün çalişanlar nazik kibar ve tecrübeli insanlar. Hastanenin genel alanı , ortak kullanım alanları olsun çok temiz ve bahçesi temiz düzenli ve denize karşı harika bişey. Siz burdan dinlenmiş huzurlu bir şekilde ayriliyorsunuz. Teşekkürler BALAT OR-AHAYİM HASTANESİ

Müdürümüze sağlık raporu almak için bugün (21.05.2024) ilk defa gittik. Öncelikle call centerdan başlayarak herkes çok yardımcı oldu. Yolda olduğum için gürültüden adını yanlış anladıysam kendisinden özür dilerim :) ama adını Yael olarak anladığım hanım, öğle tatilinde aramama rağmen, Göz ve Dahiliye biriminden gerekli bilgileri alarak, söylediği saatte bana geri döndü. Telefonda randevuları anında organize etti. İlk defa bir hastanenin call centerı benim kendilerini geri aramama gerek kalmadan söylediği saatte bana geri döndüğü için kendisine buradan tekrar teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Poliklinikte yetkilisinden doktoruna ve personeline herkes çok yardımcı oldu. Hepsi güler yüzlüydü. Hastane temizdi. Umarım sağlığımız yerinde olur ve hastanelere check-up dışında sık gitmek gerekmez ama söylemeliyim ki yolumuz düştüğünde de böyle medeni ortamlarla karşılaşmak dileğiyle. Hatta sadece hastanelerde değil çevremizde de böyle insanların artmasını ümit ederim.

About Us

The story of Or-Ahayim Balat Hospital, a 126-year-old foundation that has survived from the Ottoman Empire to the Turkish Republic, is one of solidarity and sacrifice. It began in the late 1800s when a few young people set out to provide medical aid to needy patients in their homes.

Meaning "Light of Life," Or-Ahayim Hospital was established in 1898 as a small clinic, thanks to the contributions of idealistic doctors and philanthropists and with the decree of Sultan Abdülhamid II. Initially founded to serve the people of Balat, especially those who could not afford adequate healthcare, the hospital has grown to become one of Istanbul’s most established medical institutions.
