Dr. Onur OĞAN, an esteemed practitioner in the field of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, was born in Kayseri in 1988. His educational journey began in Aydın, where he completed his primary, secondary, and high school education, laying the groundwork for his future pursuits in the medical field. In 2006, he embarked on a path towards medicine, earning a place at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine. Following a rigorous six-year medical education, his dedication and proficiency led him to succeed in the Medical Specialization Examination of September 2012, granting him the opportunity to specialize in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Akdeniz University.
Under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Ömer Özkan, Dr. Onur OĞAN honed his skills and expertise, participating in a multitude of reconstructive and aesthetic operations. His invaluable experiences encompassed groundbreaking procedures such as face and double arm transplants. Dr. OĞAN's contributions extended beyond surgical prowess, as he presented oral presentations at numerous national and international congresses, sharing insights and knowledge within his field.
Demonstrating a commitment to excellence, Dr. Onur OĞAN achieved international recognition by successfully passing the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery examinations in Brussels and Oxford in 2020. This certification attests to his proficiency and competence on an international scale. His tenure at Antalya Eğitim Araştırma Hospital saw him performing a multitude of complex reconstructive and aesthetic surgeries, including microvascular tissue transfers.
In 2021, Dr. Onur OĞAN ventured into private practice, prioritizing the delivery of high-quality healthcare services while prioritizing individual health needs. His practice embodies the principle of offering superior service standards, emphasizing the well-being of his patients above all else.
