Meine kieferorthopädische Behandlung in dieser Praxis war extrem negativ. Ich erhielt eine feste Zahnspange und bemerkte während einer Behandlung eine bläuliche Verfärbung an einem vorderen Zahn. Der Kieferorthopäde Herr Güzel ignorierte dies. Nach Entfernen der Spange war der Zahn sichtbar blau und schmerzhaft. Ein Zahnarzt der Praxis, Herr Kutlu, riet mir lediglich, den Zahn in Deutschland prüfen zu lassen. Mein deutscher Zahnarzt stellte einen Behandlungsfehler fest, und der Zahn ist nun tot und benötigt eine riskante Wurzelbehandlung. Als ich zurückkehrte, wollte der Arzt ohne mein Einverständnis operieren. Der Praxisleiter Herr Kazak wies erneut jede Verantwortung ab. Heute habe ich schiefe Zähne, Schmerzen und einen blauen Zahn, für den niemand Verantwortung übernimmt. Diese Praxis ist eine Geldmaschine – die Freundlichkeit ist nur Schein, bei Problemen ziehen sie sich zurück. Ich rate dringend ab!
