After specializing in general surgery in 1996, Dr. KAÇAR served as a Specialist at SSK (social insurance institution) for 9 years, where he honed his expertise in surgical procedures and patient care. In 2005, he was granted the title of Associate Professor-General Surgery, recognizing his outstanding skills and dedication to the field.
Between 2005 and 2012, Dr. KAÇAR made substantial contributions to healthcare by establishing kidney transplant centers in several prestigious hospitals, including İzmir Private Kent Hospital, Istanbul Private Gaziosmanpasa Hospital, and Medicalpark Goztepe Hospital.
