MD. Şenay Uysal Sürücü

Dr. Şenay Uysal Sürücü's passion for her work stems from a deeply personal experience with illness at a young age, which inspired her to pursue a career in surgery. She faced significant challenges as a female general surgeon but remained determined, believing that women can excel in this field. Her journey began in 2009 at Konya Selçuk University, where she specialized in general surgery, focusing on obesity, breast, and anorectal surgery. In 2015, she completed her specialization with a thesis on breast lesions.

After her compulsory service in Konya Çumra district, Dr. Şenay Uysal Sürücü gained valuable experience at Konya Training and Research Hospital, Ali Kemal Belviranlı Gynecology and Children's Hospital, Konya Numune Hospital, and Konya Private Metropolitan Hospital. In 2022, she established her private general surgery clinic, where she continues to provide exceptional care. Her clinic introduced the first endoscopy unit outside the hospital in Konya and pioneered the swallowable gastric balloon application in the city. Dr. Şenay Uysal Sürücü is not only a dedicated surgeon but also a loving mother, balancing her professional and personal life with grace and determination.
