After passing the TUS exam in 2001, Dr. Demiralp embarked on his professional career as an assistant doctor at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His thirst for knowledge and excellence led him to Harvard University School of Medicine's Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in 2005, where he honed his skills and knowledge in the field.
In 2007, Dr. Demiralp was recognized for his expertise and dedication, earning the title of "Specialist Dr." Following this, he completed his compulsory service at Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospital before delving deeper into his specialization.

He studied microsurgery at the University of Zurich in 2008 and received tissue and cell culture training at Harvard University Brigham and Women's Hospital in 2012.
