Following his medical education, Dr. Baykan served as a general practitioner in Yozgat Yerköy, Boğazlıyan, and Konya for four years.
Driven by a passion for excellence, Dr. Baykan pursued specialization in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine from 1998 to 2005. He then gained extensive experience working at Güneş Hospital and Tekden Hospital. His dedication to academia led him to positions as an Assistant Professor at Dicle University and Sütçü İmam University.
In recognition of his expertise and contributions to the field, Dr. Baykan was awarded the title of "Oral, Maxillofacial, and Jaw Surgery Specialist" by the Board of Medical Specialization in 2013.
