About Us

Dr. Gülsüm Tetik is a distinguished expert in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery, with a remarkable academic and professional background. Graduating as the top student from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine in 1998, Dr. Tetik further honed her skills and knowledge by completing her expertise in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the same institution between 1999 and 2005. Her dedication to excellence was recognized when her graduation thesis was awarded first place in Turkey in the experimental branch.

Dr. Tetik's pursuit of excellence led her to receive a prestigious scholarship from the European Association of Plastic Surgery (EURAPS), an honor bestowed upon only three individuals in Europe each year. She expanded her expertise by serving as a Clinical Fellow in Aesthetic and Post-Cancer Repair Surgery and Microsurgery at the University of Vienna in 2011 and the University of Brussels in 2013.

With a wealth of experience, Dr. Tetik has contributed significantly to the field of plastic surgery. Between 2005 and 2011, she performed numerous successful microsurgical operations at Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital, particularly in trauma and tumor cases. In 2015, she was appointed as an Associate Professor in Aesthetic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, further solidifying her status as a leader in her field.
