About Us
Prof. Dr. Aybala Yıldız, born in Ankara in 1981, is a distinguished General Surgery Specialist with a rich academic and professional background. She excelled in her education, completing her primary and secondary schooling at Ankara Private Büyük College as an honor student, and later attending Ankara Private Arı Science High School for her high school education.
Dr. Yıldız pursued her passion for medicine at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, where she earned her Medical Doctor degree. She furthered her expertise with a specialization in General Surgery at Ankara Dr. Abdurrahman Yurtaslan Oncology Training and Research Hospital, becoming a General Surgery Specialist in 2010, an Associate Professor of General Surgery in 2015, and a full Professor of General Surgery in 2020.
Throughout her career, Dr. Yıldız has enriched her knowledge through various international experiences. She conducted studies at the Faculté de médecine de l'Université de Paris and St Mary's Hospital in London, and in 2007, she pursued further studies at the European Institute of Oncology in Milan. Dr. Yıldız also focused on gastrointestinal cancers in Barcelona, Spain, as part of the LLC Department of Continuing Education in 2014, and she contributed her expertise to Cape Town, South Africa, upon the invitation of the International Gynecologic Cancer Society (IGCS).
