Dr. Ali Tuncer, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Istanbul, Turkey, brings a wealth of experience and international background to his practice. Born in Jemappes, Belgium in 1969, he completed his primary and secondary education in Istanbul before graduating from Private Çavuşoğlu High School in 1987. He then pursued his passion for medicine at Ege University Faculty of Medicine, graduating in 1993.
Dr. Tuncer's dedication to his field is evident in his impressive career trajectory. Following graduation, he served as the chief physician of a district state hospital and chairman of the district health group during his compulsory service. Recognizing his leadership potential, this period further solidified his commitment to patient care.
In 1997, Dr. Tuncer embarked on specializing in aesthetic and plastic surgery. His pursuit of knowledge extended beyond aesthetics, as he delved into the intricate world of microsurgery from 2001 to 2002. This specialization culminated in a thesis and his certification as a specialist in 2003.
Dr. Tuncer honed his surgical skills at Private Doruk Hospital and Private Bahar Hospital between 2004 and 2014. His entrepreneurial spirit then led him to establish Universal Aesthetics Clinic at the end of 2014.
