MD. Akif Albayrak

Dr. Akif Albayrak, a distinguished orthopedic specialist, began his career at Baltalimani Bone Hospital, where he completed his orthopedic specialization in 2010. Following his service as Chief Assistant, he earned the title of associate professor in 2016. Dr. Albayrak then joined the University of Health Sciences, working at the 1st Orthopedics Clinic until 2020.

Throughout his career, Dr. Albayrak has pursued advanced training and education opportunities. He completed a clinical fellowship at the Istanbul Spine Center with Prof Dr Azmi Hamzaoğlu and an Observer Fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) with Prof Dr Frank Schwab, supported by the Turkish Spine Association scholarship.

Dr. Albayrak's commitment to professional development is evident in his certifications and memberships. He became a member of the Turkish Orthopedics and Traumatology Society (TOTBID) and the Turkish Spine Association (TOD), where he also received the Spine Competence Certificate. He has contributed significantly to orthopedic literature, with numerous articles published in international and national journals, as well as presentations at congresses.

In 2020, Dr. Albayrak established his private practice in Fulya Vital Plaza, where he continues to provide expert orthopedic care.
