Op.Dr. Ulvi Isgandarov

I was born in Azerbaijan in 1987 and completed my primary, secondary, and high school education there. Subsequently, I pursued my studies at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine from 2004 to 2010. Following my medical education, I successfully completed the specialty examination in medicine in 2011. I obtained my graduation from Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital.

My journey into the field of general surgery began when I embarked on a residency at the General Surgery Clinic of the aforementioned hospital. This path led me to become a General Surgery Specialist in 2016. During my specialization period, I had the privilege to delve into specific areas of interest, including Obesity and Metabolic Surgery, Hiatal Hernia Surgery, Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery, Thyroid Surgery, and Emergency Trauma Surgery.

Throughout my assistantship training, I dedicated time to enhancing my skills in Endoscopy. This endeavor culminated in completing my training period and gaining expertise in procedures such as Gastoroscopy, Colonoscopy, Colonoscopic Polypectomy, and PEG applications. I even earned a certificate in this specialized field.

Currently, I am primarily engaged in private sector activities. My focus is centered on specialties such as Obesity Surgery, Hiatal Hernia Surgery, Thyroid Surgery, and performing endoscopic interventions.
