Surgery for lipoedema in November 2023 Superb and professional and most important of all for me was the fact that Dr Demirtaş responded personally to all my questions before, during and after surgery. I am an over-thinker and believe me I had lots of questions!!! I travelled to Istanbul from the UK alone so it was important to have this reassurance. The hospital Dr Demirtaş works from was also top quality and I was allocated my own translator who accompanied me right up to the moment I entered theatre. She was a real blessing. I have waited until 3 months post surgery to post this review so I can give an honest review of the results. I am more than happy with the results. I am now confident to step out with my legs showing, take part in sports and go swimming and my legs feel so much lighter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Demirtaş

I followed Dr. Dermitas for quite some time on social media. I wanted to make sure that I’d pick the right doctor and I did. He has over 15 years of experience with lipedema and it shows.
