Uzm. Dr. Ümran Göksoy, born in 1984 in Kilis, Turkey, graduated top of her class from Gaziantep Vehbi Dinçerler Science High School in 2002. She completed her medical degree at Hacettepe University English Medical Faculty between 2002 and 2008. Dr. Göksoy obtained the right to receive specialization training in the Department of Dermatology and Venereal Diseases at Başkent University through the medical specialization exam she took that year.
