Dr. Sibel Ulusan is a highly experienced medical professional with a strong background in primary care and medical aesthetics. She graduated from Dokuz Eylul University’s School of Medicine in 1989 and spent 25 years working in the primary care unit of various hospitals in Izmir and Istanbul. In 2004, Dr. Ulusan received training and certification in Medical Aesthetics Expertise from the Turkish Ministry of Health. She then co-founded Ulusan Private Health Company with her husband, Dr. Zafer Ulusan, and together they entered the hair transplantation and beauty industry.
Over the past 15 years, Dr. Sibel Ulusan has dedicated her practice exclusively to hair transplantation, successfully restoring the hair of over 2000 patients from 35 different countries. She has remained actively involved in the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), regularly attending global conferences in the US, Europe, and Asia. Dr. Ulusan's contributions have significantly advanced the field of global hair restoration science, establishing her as a respected representative of Turkey in the international community.
In addition to her medical work, Dr. Sibel Ulusan is a founding member of the Atlas Health and Education Charity. Through this organization, she actively participates in fundraising activities to provide scholarships to college students and leads a mentoring program for medical school students. Dr. Ulusan is also a strong advocate for women entrepreneurs and women in business, leading an all-women team in her practice.
Dr. Zafer Ulusan, Dean of Medicine, complements Dr. Sibel Ulusan's expertise with his specialization in Internal Medicine. Graduating from Ege University School of Medicine in 1983, Dr. Zafer Ulusan has had a remarkable 30-year career, serving as the CEO/Dean of Medicine for several hospitals. He played a pivotal role in earning a Turkish state hospital the title of “Lean Hospital,” a first in Turkey. In 2004, he co-founded Ulusan Private Health Company with Dr. Sibel Ulusan, focusing on hair transplantation and beauty services.
Dr. Zafer Ulusan is an active member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery and has pioneered Scalp Micropigmentation as a hair loss solution in Turkey. His vision is to make Turkey a leading destination for hair transplantation tourism. Alongside Dr. Sibel Ulusan, he has realized the dreams of thousands of hair loss patients worldwide, significantly contributing to the country's national tourism with their global brand.
