Ich wurde im Hotel in Belek abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht von einer sehr freundlichen Dame, die Deutsch gesprochen hat. Die Behandlung (Bleaching) wurde professionell durchgeführt und ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Im Urlaub bekam ich leider am Ostermontag starke Zahnschmerzen an einem untere Backenzahn. Am Dienstag früh waren die Schmerzen so stark, dass ich einen Zahnarzt benötigte. Über Google konnte ich mich über die Leistungen von Dr. Balci informieren und vom Hotel aus wurde angerufen und innerhalb einer Stunde wurde ich von der Frau des Zahnarztes abgeholt, die sehr gut deutsch sprach, sehr nett war und alles von Ihrem Mann übersetzte. In der sehr modernen Praxis angekommen konnte ich nach kurzer Wartezeit gleich ins Behandlungszimmer und wurde untersucht und aufgrund einer bereits schon einmal stattgefundenen Wurzelbehandlung am Zahn wurde alles geröntgt und sofort auf dem PC im Behandlungszimmer eingestellt. Dr. Balci bot mir 2 Möglichkeiten an, 1. Antibiotika und Schmerzmittel für den Rest des Urlaubs um dann in Deutschland nochmals eine wiederholte Wurzelbehandlung durchführen zu lassen, bei der er aber die Erfolgschancen nicht einschätzen konnte. Oder 2. den Zahn zu entfernen.
