Assoc. Dr. Bora Coşkun, a distinguished expert in obstetrics, gynecology, and infertility treatments, has a remarkable background that reflects his commitment to excellence in women's health care. Born in İzmir, Dr. Coşkun completed his medical education at Ege University Faculty of Medicine, earning the title of "Medical Doctor" in 2010. He then pursued specialization at Ankara Etlik Zübeyde Hanım Gynecology Training and Research Hospital, becoming a certified "Gynecology and Obstetrics Specialist."
Dr. Coşkun's dedication to advancing his skills led him to participate in advanced training programs abroad. In the Netherlands, he undertook training in advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery practices, as well as fetal surgery, under the European Network of Trainees in Obstetrics and Gynaecology exchange program. His international experience also includes a stint at Klinikum Leverkusen Gynecology Hospital in Germany, where he collaborated with renowned experts, including Prof. Dr. Kubilay Ertan, President of the German Robotic Surgery Association, in laparoscopic and robotic surgery operations.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Coşkun is actively involved in academic and research activities. He has authored numerous articles published in international and national peer-reviewed scientific journals, with his work being cited over 80 times. Dr. Coşkun is also engaged in professional association activities, serving as the Secretary General of the Turkish Gynecology and Obstetrics Association – Young Specialist and Assistant Organization, among other roles.
Dr. Coşkun's commitment to providing the best care is further demonstrated by his ongoing pursuit of knowledge and training. He continues to teach at the Faculty of Medicine, Yüksek İhtisas University, and has recently been awarded the title of "Associate Professor" in Health Sciences, Gynecology, and Obstetrics.
