Assoc. Dr. Erdinç Yenidoğan
Assoc. Dr. Erdinç Yenidoğan has been performing operations in the fields of Bariatric Surgery (Obesity Surgery) and Metabolic Surgery (Diabetes surgery) for more than 11 years. During this period, he has successfully performed more than 4000 Obesity surgeries and more than 3000 Diabetes surgeries.
He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2000 and completed his General Surgery Specialization training at Ankara Oncology Training and Research Hospital in 2006. In 2010, he started working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of General Surgery at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, and in 2015, he succeeded in the exam held by the interuniversity board and was entitled to receive the title of Associate Professor of General Surgery. Between 2010 and 2015, he accompanied or performed more than 2500 advanced laparoscopic bariatric and metabolic surgeries, laparoscopic cancer surgery, breast and thyroid cancer surgery.
Since 2018, he has been working as Prof. at Istanbul Private Etiler Hospital within the Metabolic Surgery Foundation. Dr. He started working with Alper Çelik. During this period, he accompanied more than 2000 advanced laparoscopic metabolic surgery and bariatric surgery operations and performed more than 3000 surgeries.
He has more than 100 international publications, book chapter writing, book chapter translation, and more than 100 posters and oral presentations presented at domestic and international meetings.
