In 1999, B.Care Medical Center established its first facility, the Somsaran Building, with a vision to make high-quality medical treatment more accessible. At the time, the region faced a shortage of hospitals, and the center’s founders—backed by over 50 years of experience—understood the vital doctor-patient relationship and the expectations, trust, and needs of patients. With this philosophy in mind, they brought together a team of dedicated physicians and founded B.Care Medical Center Hospital to effectively address the growing demand for healthcare.
Despite Thailand’s economic crisis during that period, the founders persevered through numerous challenges, ultimately completing the 8,000 m² facility on Phahonyothin Road. On September 16, 1999, the hospital was officially inaugurated in a grand ceremony presided over by Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana.
Expanding with Patient-Centered Care
The Somsaran Building, a five-story structure with a 100-bed capacity, was designed with insights from medical and psychological research to create an environment that prioritizes patient comfort and well-being. The founders were actively involved in every stage of construction, ensuring a warm, home-like atmosphere where patients could feel at ease.
Thanks to the overwhelming support from the public, the hospital quickly gained recognition, leading to rapid expansion. To meet the increasing demand, the Panpiti Building, a six-story facility with an additional 50-bed capacity, was constructed and completed in 2007.
