Life changing and I would recommend
Jonathan was amazing very welcoming professional and contentious. My anxiety much improved from not being able to go into work due to physical sensations to having a calm mind this has also helped with my mindset and other habits.

When I met Jonathan for the first time, we had an immediate rapport that made me feel willing to disclose personal matters such as phobias and daily challenges. Jonathan helped me overcome certain irrational fears that prevented me from leaving the home. I forced myself to go see him, and he was well beyond my expectations of his abilities. All of my irrational phobias have been rationalised, and my work success is through the roof, no longer is my terrible shyness and stuttering under pressure. I was conducting meetings with unbelievable confidence in no time. He eradicated my anxiety and vertigo, and after four months there is no indications that it will return. 4 months after my original fifth therapy session, the effects remain the same as if I had just left an hour ago. I was doubtful at first, so I waited a while to write a true review since I believed the mind set would wear off or alter, but this is not the case. Jonathan is the real deal.
