I had a great experience! There was a nurse that really stood out above the rest. I believe her name is Michelle. She walked with me after the surgery while I was feeling nauseous, checked on my often, made me comfortable and even braided my hair so I wouldn't get throw up in my hair. She was absolutely fantastic. I was impressed with a woman named Alex too. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you.

The hotel Lucirna itself is a true luxury, with stunning amenities and a serene atmosphere. My room was beautifully appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. It was a true retreat! A huge thank you to Dr. Ortiz – he is absolutely amazing! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I was completely confident before my procedure. The surgery went smoothly, and I’m already feeling great! Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at both Lucirna and OCC, highly recommend this place to anyone seeking top-tier
