Dr. Cervantes and his staff was amazing. Him and his staff made each step of the process easy. I felt safe the entire time while in Mexico. The guest house is beautiful and comfortable with the nicest host. The hospital nurses and surgical team was very comforting and professional. I did have a few complaints with the hospital hostess that was assigned to me. When I made known my issues the hospital handled the problems. The hostess is not on Dr. Cervantes team and is not a representative of him. Like i said the hospital wasted no time to handle my concerns.
