Our counseling services include one-to-one and couples/relationship counseling, and are provided in a confidential and discreet manner. Our primary focus is on serving adults and adolescents, though we do offer some appointments for children as well. We address a wide range of personal issues, such as anxiety, stress, grief, depression, suicidal thoughts, life-skills, and sexual identity, among others. It's important to note that while we maintain strict confidentiality, there are some limitations to this policy, which we will discuss with each client during their first session.

I have been seeing Evelyn for a couple of months now and she has really helped me work through a number of stressors, such as trying to manage too many things on my ever growing ‘’to do’ list.
She is a great listener and helps you make sense of what is truly important in your life. I especially loved the use of heartmath which is such a great tool to help find balance! As a busy mom this gives me pockets of peace throughout the day! Highly recommend going to see Evelyn.

About Us
We provide one-to-one and couples/relationship counseling, and cater primarily to adults and adolescents (with some exceptions for children). Our services are confidential and discreet, and we address a variety of personal issues including anxiety, stress, grief, depression, suicidal thoughts, life-skills, and sexual identity, among others. We offer both short and long-term therapy, depending on the client's specific needs, and session duration ranges between 50 minutes and one hour, depending on the therapist. Early morning and evening appointments are available, subject to availability. Our offices are located in Malahide village, conveniently close to the train station. It's important to note that there are some limitations to our confidentiality policy, which we will discuss with each client during their first session.
