Hamar a kedvenc fogászatommá váltak. Eddig minden kezelés fájdalommentes volt (gyökérkezelés), és kifejezetten empátiával és nagy figyelemmel dolgoztak. Abszolút relaxáló élmény fogászatra járnom, ami mondanom sem kell, eddig nem volt így…
Modern eszközökkel dolgoznak, minden alkalommal kapok a naptáramba eseményt az időponttal, illetve előtte való nap telefonon is megerősítik, hogy eljövök-e.
A felmérés után részletes kinyomtatott papíron látható, hogy mi mennyibe fog kerülni és hogy hány alkalmas a kezelés (az árak kezelésenként vannak feltüntetve).
Ha az időpontot mozgatni kell, nagyon rugalmasak.
Az árak szerintem korrektek, minden kezelés után volt röntgen is, ami a fogkőleszedés kivételével minden alkalommal bele volt számolva az árba. Eddig úgy érzem, hogy minden forintot megért, és egész biztosan nem fogok fogorvost váltani. De ha még költöznöm is kéne, akkor is megfontolom, hogy visszajárjak.

Korábbi figyelmetlenségüket készséggel orvosolták, majd telefonon tájékoztattak, és elnézést kértek. Ezek után újra bejelentkeztem hozzájuk, és pontosan olyan volt minden, amit vártam. Kevés helyen képesek manapság belátni ha hibáznak, itt azonnal megtörtént, ezért elismeréssel és köszönettel kell adóznom. Bölcsességfog-eltávolításra jelentkeztem, mely teljesen fájdalommentes, professzionális volt, az elejétől a végéig. Érezhető volt, hogy valóban a páciens áll a középpontban és ennek megfelelően személyre szabottan történt a kezelés és az utógondozás is. Külön köszönöm Varajti Doktor úr hozzáállását, kedvességét, segítőkészségét.
Amilyen rossz szájízzel távoztam először, olyan pozitív volt a második alkalom, így pár héttel később fogkő-eltávolításra is a klinikára mentem. Az előzőekben megtapasztaltakat itt is el tudom mondani, az elejétől a végéig profi, empatikus, segítőkész kollégákkal találkoztam, és maximálisan meg voltam elégedve.
