I was so glad I used a virtual psychiatrist! I felt I spent more quality time with the therapist not having to drive to the office wait in the waiting until the therapist is ready. I use this visit for my six year old grandson at times it is hard to get him to go into the office. The visit was at home and he did participate in the visit. I have called different towns looking for a psychologist for my grandson. The wait is six months out. I think this is a very valuable tool for people that need help now not later.

Pretty straightforward, been seeing this therapist for a few months and we are trying to figure out what will work for me. She listened to what I had to say, but also helped with her opinion.

Ms. Kidane is wonderful and always willing to listen and provide support when she can. I have been seeing her for a few years now and am very satisfied with the service she has provided over time. Thanks to her, I am now on a stable medication regimen. I would definitely recommend her and her practice to anyone seeking remote psychiatric care!

My telehealth appointment was fantastic. The app is easy to use and provides a very streamlined experience. Was looking for care locally for months, finally tried this online portal and I was shocked to go from investigating it, to booking an appointment, to meeting with a psychiatrist and then to finally getting some meds within hours. Literally all in the same day. With limited local care this is a miracle.

This practice is a life saver for those that can’t get an appointment with a psychiatrist due to lack of available doctors. We were able to secure an appointment for our son within 24 hours. The nurse practitioner he is working with is very responsive to messages. We are grateful this option is available in our state.

Since Covid-19 prevents us from attending personally, I see this website is very helpful and can provide treatment to the patients who seek psychiatric help. Very good/Excellent! Very good service and very smart clinician. Where I live (rural) we have a very acute shortage of clinicians in general and almost no psych med prescribers at all. It is very inconvenient to have to drive 50 miles (~100+ round trip) to see a psych med doctor once a month, or even every 3 months, for my meds. I literally have no free time. I am a full-time student and work part-time to full-time at my wife's business. Virtual Psych has solved my time and travel problem. Yes, you have to pay cash and it is not cheap. But you get what you pay for. THANK GOD for DEMOCRACY and THE FREE MARKET and CAPITALISM and MODERN TECHNOLOGY!!!
