I needed an emergency root canal. They were able to get me in same day, and the whole staff understood my anxiety and went above and beyond to calm my nerves. I waited way too long, partly due to finances, mostly due to fear, and I had an infection, which caused pain through the procedure. Dr. Bauer numbed me the best she could and the pain was minimal. In the instance I did have pain, Juan didn't hesitate to reach over and hold my hand. The care and attention I received from this staff has helped my fear and anxiety. I can't thank them enough for being so understanding and working with me financially. Happy to say that I found my new dentist.

Dr. Bauer, along with the entire team at Bauer Dental, are truly one of a kind. They have gone far above and beyond any other dental care I have had--all while providing excellent, caring service. They have not only helped fix my dental issues; but, they have provided me with the secure knowledge that I am in good hands for my future dental needs. I cannot recommend them enough.

Doctor Bauer and staff really care about their patients. They are always in a great mood and that translates to an overall less stressful situation. I especially like the fact that when I go in for a crown it's all completed in one visit. I trust both the doctor and staff and all seem to be highly skilled. My only complaint is that they recently dropped my provider and I wish they would reconsider as this facility is now out of network which costs me more out of pocket. Other than that I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Bauer for the last ten years. Her staff is upbeat, positive, friendly and very professional. Dr. Bauer is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and is constantly furthering her education. The office also gets updated with modern equipment and imaging devices which is nice. We will continue going to Creekside for many years to come!

Dr. Bauer was the on-call dentist for my primary dentist who happened to be out of town when I broke part of a crown. Whitney took my call and was able to get me right in. Easy parking, lovely office & warm, friendly & helpful front desk ladies Joanne & Whitney. I ended up needing a new crown and Dr. Bauer was able to get me back in ASAP with only 1 visit. Dr. Bauer was exceptional. Very nice & very knowledgeable. I was quite impressed with the entire visit and would recommend this office in a heartbeat.

I grew up being afraid to go to the dentist, but that all changed when I started coming here. Dr. Bauer and her staff are awesome! They are good at what they do and very gentle. Even my teenage son likes it here. Dr. Bauer was able to give me the amazing I never thought I could have. I just finished my Invisalign despite being told by my last dentist that it wouldn't work for me. I highly recommend Dr. Bauer to anyone who who is looking to have their dentistry or Invisalign done right.

One night I was eating sushi, and one my teeth had cracked. DDS Baurer was able to get me in the next day to extract the tooth and supply me with a treatment plan with a very low cost. Additionally, I went in today to receive an xray and a diagnostic checkup, and come to find, there were some major issues that needed to be taken care of. The care here is very unique and transparent! I like the fact that the patient gets to partake and engage in the treatment plan via pictures and x-ray photos. After not having insurance for four years, and coming to DDS Baurer, it has been a breath of fresh air to know that my teeth are being taken care, and that the staff are courteous and professional. This office has an extremely friendly staff, and an incredibly skilled and pleasant dentist. Mrs Bauer is excellent! Their office makes you feel at ease, which is important to someone like myself that gets anxiety from the dentist. The environment is extremely clean, comfortable, and professional. Great experience here for years!
