Claire is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Reported any findings to me clearly on the day with a detailed report sent on the Monday, having had my appointment on a Saturday. This was a fabulous experience and gave me huge peace of mind after an ablation for Afib in May - but no subsequent follow up. For my own peace of mind I wanted an echo to find out the exact state of my heart health and to provide the cardiac team with up to date information so see what further steps - if any- are needed. The current waiting time for ‘urgent’ echos seems to be six months or more and although this was my only experience of private health care it was money exceptionally well spent. Firstly, at £250 it is extraordinarily good value considering what is at stake and what you risk if unaware of potential health issues. Secondly, Claire’s CV is brilliant, she has such breadth and depth of experience I knew that she would offer a first class professional service, which she did. Thirdly, she was helpful, relaxed and patient taking as much time as necessary to fully explain what she was doing and why and to clearly answer any questions.
