I had my nose surgery in this clinic. It was an operation that completely changed my style, which I have been obsessed with since childhood, and gave me self-confidence again. The interest of the team, the cleanliness of the clinic was enough. Thank you very much for everything. Especially Dr. Ozan, I am glad I got to know you.

I have had 2 surgeries now with Dr Quaba - both times I have been met with incredible professionalism along side the ability to make me feel at ease. I was listened too and the aftercare and service I can not fault. I highly recommend the Waterfront Private Hospital and I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Lovely clinic, had lots of time with the consultant, didn’t feel rushed, offered a second consultation for no extra charge if I wanted. Very friendly staff. Went ahead with booking a surgery, which is pending at time of writing.

An excellent experience - Dr Omar Quaba explained everything in my consultation really well, setting out all the options. I was nervous before the appointment, but he was really kind and listened carefully to my concerns, and I was quickly put at ease. I was very impressed with the before and after photos, and the professionalism of the hospital. I would highly recommend.

Consultant Mr Ben Aldridge was first class Great manner and explained everything simply so I could understand Would highly recommend him and the Hospital Would definitely use again

I had an appointment with Dr Aldridge who was incredible. He was very quick to diagnose my issue and he was incredibly informative. Dr Aldridge was very friendly and spoke through every part of the process, he wrote a letter to my local GP so that they would prescribe me antibiotics. He also stated throughout that coming back to the hospital wasn't necessary as it would be very expensive for the tests I need and my GP could deal with the next steps. This really put me at ease as I was worried a private hospital may try and get more money out of me (my first time using private healthcare).

Dr Quaba and his staff responded promptly and professionally to my queries and arranged the necessary procedures in a caring, friendly and assuring manner. This is especially welcome since any operation/procedure can be an anxious experience. The skills and knowledge of Dr Quaba, and the efficient system at the Waterfront hospital made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I should also add that the Waterfront hospital is in a calm location of Edinburgh and a pleasure to visit.
