I have been on my treatment with treat direct for just under two months and they have been brilliant. Any issues or question I have I know they are at the end of a phone or email chain. Luckily for me so far my treatment has been fairly good in terms of side effects, just the dry skin and lips and a bit of joint pain but can already see an improvement in my skin and feel so much more confident already. Everyone's experience is different with isotretinoin but I know if my side effects get worse or I am unsure of something I can speak to treat direct and they will help in anyway they can. Their goal is to get you through treatment as quickly as possible which I love as with this drug you do have to amend your lifestyle ie no drinking etc but they always want to make sure you are comfortable and happy if they want to increase your dose. Still have a few months left on my treatment but so happy so far with the service and results I have had. Definitely recommend.

I had started Roaccutane on 01 May 2022… I had started Roaccutane on 01 May 2022 and I have since finished my treatment. I am still amazed how quick everything was arranged for by the team, and how easy it was after the initial consultation / and in issuing my blood test. I had only come across treatdirect through instagram so I was apprehensive at first, but I am SO pleased that I went ahead with treatment. My doctor ( Dr Divya) was very helpful and I was lucky enough to have very minimal side effects during my treatment, as the dosage recommended was perfect. I would thoroughly recommend treatdirect if you have stubborn acne and contemplating whether to go on accutane, I would say was definitely worth it and the plus point of not having to wait for nhs waitlists made the experience super efficient and fast. Amazing! Best for skincare… I was trying to find private treatment for a while and came across tretdirect. they were quick, helpful and booked me in with Dr Gordon. Dr Gordon was kind, helpful and really cares about her patients. From the consultation to the appointments to the blood tests everything was very smooth and well organised. The admin team were super kind and helpful! They are very responsive and keep on top on your journey. I suffered with some side affects such as late pruges and headaches, but Dr Gordon and the team advised me through them. After completing my course I wish I had come across Tretdirect sooner. I am 100% satisfied with the service and cannot recommend it enough!

If you are thinking about it… do it! I have been with tretdirect for over 6 month now after the NHS kept prescribing me with antibiotics that just did not work on my hormonal acne. I could not be happier. My skin is fully healed, no breakouts in over 2 months and just got off the medication and awaiting maintenance skincare prescription with them 😊 If you are thinking about taking the plunge this is the company to go for, I would do it again and in the worse case scenario where my acne were to come back I’ll choose tretdirect again. Life changing! After struggling with my skin for three years and it only getting worse as I tried antibiotics and topical treatments I knew the time had come for Accutane. I searched and found TreatDirect which looked like the perfect solution. The turnaround time from reaching out, to my initial consults, tests and getting the medication was only one week - which I appreciated so much. The team and Dr Divya were so friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions and made me feel like I’d made a really informed choice and knew exactly what to expect. The process throughout my treatment was seamless. The regular check-ups were organised and I loved that they were virtual - having to trek to a consultation is so annoying. This is one of the best things I have ever done in my life and I think the process of TreatDirect is so much better than going through an in-person dermatologist which is so much more hassle and cost.

My experience I have had terrible acne for as long as I can remember and I tried everything with the NHS to get rid of it, went to various different places for facials and treatments and nothing worked. I feel reborn. My acne came on quite sudden, was super hormonal and I tried everything…quite literally everything and spent a ton of money over a two year period so I thought my next and final step would be accutane. I knew going through the NHS was not an option for me due to the long waiting lists and my acne probably not being “severe” enough to even go on accutane so I did my research and came across TreatDirect. I am sooooo thankful for the whole team at TreatDirect, there were so many times I wanted to give up but Dr Gordon encouraged me to stick through and ensured me that the side effects will pass (which they did) and I am so grateful for her support and guidance throughout my journey.
