I have nothing but praise for this GP practice. Every doctor I have had interactions with (Drs Webb, Taylor, Sher, and Cowan) and Nurse Powers have been excellent. Trust them with my baby’s health and mine. They’re great in person and on the phone. You feel they take your concerns seriously and they are really efficient at calling you back if needed. Receptionists when I phone in are helpful and friendly too. Edited to add: in awe of Mala Morjaria who gave my little one her polio booster with no tears today. She was excellent 👍

This is by far one of the best GP surgeries out there currently. I have been a patient with The Vale Practice for over 10 years. I am very happy with the service that they have offered me and my family over the years. I am astonished when I still hear from friends and family members about how they still cannot get an in-person appointment with their GP. Thank you all for continuing to provide us a great service.

I wanted to leave a review of the recent service I received from the practice. Joined late last year after moving to the area and the vale is one of the best practices I've been a member of in London. Clean, bright and the reception staff are always empathetic, organised and helpful. Experienced the same with the doctors/nurse too. Most recently, I needed a referral and wanted to use my private health insurance. Referral on the vale side went without a hitch, but my provider rejected it after 4 weeks of waiting. Contacted the practice again to go through the NHS, and had a prompt referral. Responsive, caring service. Very happy to be a patient of this practice.

This has grown over the last ten years from a very small surgery to a very large one as numerous practices closed and they had to take in their patients. It has changed as a result but I think they do an amazing job of managing a great challenge. The doctors and nurses are very good and genuinely care about their patients. I’m grateful for all they do.

Recently registered with the Vale Practice, and the reception team were really helpful and friendly. They informed me that the registration will be completed within 7 working days but I tried my luck and called on the 3rd day and managed to get an appointment on the day. The reception team are very quick and efficient. Really pleased with the doctor’s appointment too. Thank you.
