Sami and his team at Smilekind have been absolutely great. They are kind, considerate and put me at ease explaining step by step my bone graft, implant and bridge work and how they were going to expedite it. I have no hesitation in recommending Smilekind - they are a professional and skilled team who work together to provide a “5 star” service.

I first came to Smilekind over 4 years ago when I had a terrible mouth infection and was under a time crunch with a massive work project that I could not miss. Sami was brilliant. He understood the situation and was fantastic in getting me seen quickly and prescribing medication and giving me advice on how to get through the demanding project so that I could deliver but also let my infection recover (without anyone realising I was not at 100%). I have never been to another dentist since then. I go for professional tooth cleaning so they can check my teeth and I always feel like I get given honest advice that looks after my dental health without feeling like I’m being ‘sold’ something I don’t need. Can’t recommend enough.

Dr. Bilal F and Rachael did a great job with my wisdom teeth removal. I was quite frankly terrified, and they put me at ease and made sure that I was okay and comfortable all the way through the procedure. Couldn't recommend enough, very happy with the way I was treated and the outcome of the procedure.

Everyone here is absolutely amazing. I’m autistic and have issues with sensory processing at dentist appointments and have avoided it for several years all together but thanks to them I’m back on track with everything and have been able to reintroduce myself to the experience smoothly. The place doesn’t have that dentist smell and the tools are super quiet. They have a screen and play music as well as just being so personable with me. They made it clear we could take breaks if I was getting overwhelmed and explained everything they were doing when I asked and they don’t blink when I take things in with me that will help like my ear defenders or bear. They’re also just extra caring with how they perform things; making sure everything looks perfect and sculpted as well as at my last visit they even gave me a glucose tablet so the anaesthetic wasn’t as bad. I’ve managed to have a filling and a teeth cleaning which I never would have imagined a couple years ago. I could not recommend them

I came to SmileKind after a traumatic tooth extraction so was feeling very nervous about any future procedures. From the moment I walked through the door I was put at ease. The treatment I have received from Sami and his team over the past 6 months has been superb. From my first consultation Sami put me at ease and explained everything clearly so that I have known exactly what to expect at each stage of the treatment plan and I have really appreciated this level of care and attention. I am so pleased with my new tooth, thank you all. I highly recommend SmileKind and shall be recommending them to my friends.

This was just the best place possible. I had a horrible growth inside my mouth. Sami did the procedure and was brilliant in every way. He was very calming and did the whole thing right away with no pain at all. He explained everything he was doing and melted my fear away. I actually became very interested in the whole thing rather than nervous! The lovely nurse Sarah was just as brilliant with me helping me in every way I needed. So thanks guys, I can't recommend these people enough.

I have been a patient at SmileKind for five years, I would not have treatment anywhere else. Sami is the best oral surgeon, experienced, professional and so kind. My journey has not been an easy one, however thanks to Sami and the team I have got through so much, and their support has been amazing. It’s a wonderful environment, and all the staff are really nice and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend Smilekind.

I had a tooth extraction 5 days ago. I have to say that Sami and his nurse, I'm so sorry that I didn't catch her name, made me feel so comfortable. What a strangely good experience, completely the opposite of any feelings I usually have at my regular dentist. Sami's expertise left me without pain during and after the procedure. What a very kind man. Afterwards, I had some acupuncture treatment to help with a jaw problem. This treatment was truly beneficial and highly recommended, if you get the opportunity.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted today and I must say, I was very nervous before arriving at SmileKind. However, the surgeon, Bilal Fazil, and the nurse, Timy, were very professional and friendly. Bilal managed my expectations by explaining the process and how long it would approximately take and he also reassured me that it wouldn’t hurt which helped me to calm down. The surgery didn’t take long and surprisingly, it didn’t hurt! Thank you SmileKind, you were amazing! I would highly recommend you!
