It's great to be able to sort your acne out from at home! It's quite expensive but that's to be expected. The only thing I don't like is having to pay £130 for a phone call with the dermatologist which is meant to be a 30 minute phone call but typically it's five minutes or less, there's not much to talk about! £130 for 5 minutes is a bit excessive!!!

Hopes exceeded When I was looking for help with my acne and sourcing isotretinoin, I saw a mountain of super reviews for skindoc. I'm delighted to say my hopes were exceeded by my treatment. My skin has completely cleared up for the first time in over a decade. Dr Krishna is just wonderful and takes his time to ensure that all information is provided in a clear, concise way. He was really lovely to chat to and willing to answer any questions that cropped up. The service is efficient and convenient, yet also personable. Thank you!

I found skindoc after completing a… I found skindoc after completing a course of isotretinoin on the NHS about 5/6 years ago. I couldn’t face the long waiting times again whilst my mild-moderate cystic acne created more scars on my face. I was unsure about how I would afford it, but this service is worth its weight in gold. Dr Sree made me feel validated in my skincare concerns - as they weren’t the super severe full face lesions that I was used to associating with isotretinoin. I’m coming into month 3 of treatment and I’ve been recommending him to everybody who will listen. The admin team are so responsive too. You feel 100% supported - Dr Sree even offered to call my manager when I was struggling with dermatitis. I remember reading all the trust pilot reviews and thinking - surely the service can’t be that good, but it really is. Thanks Skindoc

Roaccutane for acne I arranged a consultation with Dr Sree for roaccutane due to my long term acne issues. He was one of the most genuine doctors I've met. He was funny but informative and I could see that he wants to help. Skin Doc has been super quick and easy to arrange appointments and they even managed to get my blood tests on the NHS. Overall this service is going to cost me so much less than other online services and I'm super excited for the results. Only positive comments from me

I started my treatment in August 2022 and took my last tablets today. Couldn’t be happier with the result, and couldn’t be happier with how easy Skindoc made it. I work shifts so it was amazing to be able to book the appointments round these. Dr Sree was incredibly friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. He makes an effort to remember little things, even how my exams were going! I would recommend Skindoc to anyone who was looking for help with skin issues. It was nice as well that they try to assist you with saving money, for example the blood tests, rather than trying to get you to spend as much as possible. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

I’ve had an exceptional experience with Skindoc after suffering with my skin for 20 years. The appointment making process was very prompt and easy. Dr Krishna is simply great. He listens, he understands, he ensures you are fully informed of your treatment plan, and on top of that he is friendly. Extremely efficient service. Worth every penny. I'd been troubled by a skin complaint for more than a year which had steadily deteriorated. The GP had failed to fully diagnose the cause and I was told that I would be referred to a consultant. But, in doing so, I would likely have to wait 4 or 5 months for an appointment. I looked online for an alternative and came across Skindoc. I submitted photos of my skin problem giving a short background description and within an hour or two (this was about 8 o'clock in the evening) I was told what was causing the rashes and issued with a prescription for medication. I was most impressed with the efficiency and speed of diagnosis. If only the NHS worked in a similar fashion!!
