Good drs I've been with 20yrs, my experience is positive, since pandemic no face to face appointment, but phone calls, it took 3days from me calling, for the Dr to ring me back, I know they triarge people on phone, but its soul destroying waiting for call,

All of prospects doctors, nurses and reception staff are brilliant. These guys gave me a voice and fought for me for months! Every test came back clear but they didn't give up. Eventually I was diagnosed with a very obscure heart condition which was easily corrected and I was free to live my life again.

Surprised to see such poor reviews. Prospect Medical Practice has been fantastic for me. Excellent doctors, and reception staff who are always polite and helpful. Excellent and thorough care for a few conditions over the years. The Boots next door to get prescriptions makes it very convenient.

One GP was a little erratic (once very dismissive, the other time very helpful and kind and supportive) but my now-regular GP is really good. Honest, helpful, kind, and willing to listen to what you think is wrong rather than just riding roughshod over you.
