Had my lens replacement surgery at fhe leeds clinic, all the staff were very friendly and any nerves I had were eased by them .

The staff, nurses and doctor at Leeds clinic were very helpful, kind and compassionate when dealing with me as a patient. But you can always improve. My suggestion would be to provide dark sunglasses with the package/packet you receive as I had to rush last minute to buy sunglasses. Also, if possible better quality night sheilds could have be given. However overall brilliant experience!

Can’t thank belfast clinic enough! The staff were so lovely and looked after me in any way they could. Calmed my nerves on the day of my procedure and continued to every step after. The treatment itself was painfree and results have changed my life completely. I no longer need contact lenses or glasses and its thanks to Optimax. I Will be recommending the clinic to everyone I meet.

I had my procedure in October 2022.Lens replcement in both eyes. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The procedure took place in Southampton with the aftercare appointments in Reading. The staff at Reading were marvellous especially Paige Smith who was really helpful at all times.

From initial consultation through to procedure and now 9 weeks later I cannot stress enough how professional, helpful and reassuring the staff have been. Absolutely no pressure to go ahead with the procedure. Procedure was 10 mins each eye and I could see without contact lenses or glasses later that day. Aftercare is really good and thorough. This has changed my life for the better wish I had had it done years ago. Highly recommend 😃

The team were/are excellent. The surgery was handled by a surgeon who had 10k+ individuals treated already, they spoke through what they did as they did it. Every appointment started within a minute of me arriving at the office. Aftercare has been excellent, vision is perfect (although be wary IT professionals it takes 7ish days before you can code easily in dark mode). My aftercare was unique as I had severe inflamation I was taken hourly drops to sort it. At the 5 week mark I had a scare and called at around 8am was being checked over by an optician by 10:30am the same day. You cant beat that level of service.

What an amazing experience. I highly recommend Optimax , I had laser eye surgery with them last year and my eyes are now better than 20/20 vision. The whole process was smooth from my first visit to my surgery and amazing aftercare. Everyone was really nice and friendly. Very helpful and supportive. Thank you everyone at Bristol clinic 💜

I chose the Birmingham Optimax clinic for my LASIK eye surgery. Lara, Owen and Dr Ayoubi was amazing. All key info was explained thoroughly beforehand. Dr Ayoubi explained what he was doing throughout the surgery, made me feel 100% comfortable. Felt no pain at all. I would highly recommend Optimax.

I had LASIK treatment on Friday 17th February at Glasgow Optimax Clinic. I could not have asked for a better experience and would like to thank the staff; Bibi, Lorraine, Nicola, Elaine and Dr Samuel for their help and care. The procedure was a lot easier than I had anticipated along with the following days after. The recovery and procedure was explained to me in detail and I felt at ease. Although I am still recovering, at my check up it was confirmed that I now have 20/20 vision. I 100% recommend the surgery and using Optimax Glasgow.

The guys at the Birmingham Clinic were very clear & precise in their advice & treatment and make the whole process very simple. Surgery was quick & painless with the excellent surgeon Christopher Stephenson talking to you throughout the process making you feel informed, calm and relaxed - A true professional. I first had my eyes treated by Optimax back in 1997 and had it corrected to perfect vision. Naturally over time my eyesight deteriorated slightly (which it would have done without surgery) and I had a very mild prescription of -1.25 and -1.5. I decided to have them retreated last year for a very reasonable retreatment price. They took some time to heal as I had to have lasek - same as the first time but now, 6 months on from having my second eye done, I am ecstatic with the results. Mid to long distance is pretty much perfect - I can read road signs and drive confidently in the dark. I have a mild need for reading glasses but aged 51 that's normal. All the staff at Optimax Southampton were great - Emma stands out as being particularly brilliant, friendly and helpful. I'm really happy with my experience and my results. Thank-you all.

Amazing staff everyone from the reception staff opticians and the surgeon's really put me at ease. I am really pleased with my vision after my treatment. The aftercare I have received has also been Amazing

I cannot recommend the Belfast Optimax clinic enough. I have been for several consultations with various companies over the years and from the first phonecall with Optimax I knew straight away I wanted to go ahead with treatment with them. Fiona, Kelly, Valerie, Grainne and Dr Damani are a total credit to the Optimax brand. I had treatment yesterday and already today my vision is clear and the surgery has been a success. From the initial consultation (which was in Newcastle)to the lens replacement procedure(which was in Leeds)the entire process was superbly handled.A substantial discount was given for the inconvenience of having to travel to Leeds.The highly professional staff talked me through every stage of the treatment.The surgery itself was painless-you're aware of the eye area being manipulated,but no discomfort at all.Within 48 hours of the procedure my vision was 20-20.I was -12 in one eye and -10 in the other before the op.I cannot recommend them too highly.They did a terrific job for me.Thank you,Optimax.A genuine life-changing experiece.

I recently had LASIK eye surgery at the Leeds clinic. Everything was smooth and perfect, they were extremely clear on everything, risks, complications, length of surgery etc. the surgeon and staff were very polite and welcoming and made me feel very at ease. I was a bag of nerves before the surgery, the surgeon was very patient with me and a member of staff even held my hand through the surgery! I am very happy with the results I had full sharp vision immediately after surgery and the staff ensured I was comfortable and well looked after whilst I waited for my lift home. 100% recommend!

From my first visit to the Leeds clinic, I felt calm & looked after. The team are lovely, friendly & keen to reassure you. The consultant was nice & both the ophthalmologists I saw were happy to answer my questions over & over again! The day of my surgery came & was a lot better than I was expecting - I was terrified but the girls all calmed me down & the experience was painless & the consultant amazing. I’m still having aftercare & even though the surgery has been done the team are still as nice, helpful & thorough. Thank you Leeds Optimax, you are a brilliant team! 😊

Amazing service from start to finish. The procedure took less than 20minutes. Just note to be prepared for the first 24hrs you won’t be able to read short sighted. Additionally for the 48hrs after surgery you will be extremely sensitive to light, even with the curtains closed the room will feel too bright. I’d recommend for the first 2 days you prepare yourself to stay in a dark room, after this period you can enjoy your new vision with no restrictions other than the occasional dryness.
